I have extensive experience in program development, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary team leadership. In addition to my clinical expertise, I hold a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Delaware State University. My credentials include Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) and Board-Approved Social Work Supervisor certification in Maryland.Currently, I serve as a Clinical Program Manager at THEESEEDS LLC and AYB Clubhouse, where I oversee the adolescent and youth behavioral health programming, clinical operations, and strategic initiatives designed to improve access to quality mental health services. In this role, I focus on program development, staff supervision, stakeholder collaboration, and the implementation of innovative solutions that support individuals, families, and communities.
